Shipping Policy: All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery. For customers that require alternative shipping options, please email us, with details of your shipping requirements, and we will endeavour to accomodate you.
Return Policy: You may return new, unopened items sold by Sanye Jewellery within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Sanye Jewellery will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
NB. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweller will not be accepted for refunds.
If you wish to return an item, please email us, in order to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. We do not accept return shipments where the Return Authorization number has not been clearly indicated on the shipping label.
